BARTUR PHOTOAWARD, BaseCamp Student GmbH, 2021

On August 19 FTWild realized the kick-off of an impressive exhibition on the themes of Unity in Diversity, Human Love, Climate Change, Faces of Humanity and Photojournalist of the Year with the awarding of the BarTur-Photoawards. More than 100 photos by artists from all over the world show emotionally charged motifs. Some award winners accepted it live on site while others had the opportunity to participate digitally in the program. The event was also rethought in culinary terms. Instead of a classic buffet visitors were offered a food box with a wide variety of treats separated by recyclable materials.

However, the event was not only the kick-off of the exhibition but also the first event at the Urban Banks Berlin venue. An area directly at the Spree in Oberschöneweide which has a lively future ahead of it.
